Mr. Hui, who has begun duties in this field since 2014 and holds prior work experience and academic qualifications of a bachelor's degree in physics, a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a forthcoming Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, wanted to offer the country expert engineering services in the domains of construction, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering tasks.
